1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or reading dispatches on klenfi.pro, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you should not access the materials.

2. Intellectual Property and Fair Dealing

All investigative text, graphic analyses, structured document tables, and multimedia published under the klenfi brand are the proprietary intellectual property of klenfi and protected under the Copyright Act of Canada and international copyright treaties.

Short excerpts (not exceeding 250 words) may be cited under Canadian Fair Dealing rules for non-commercial commentary, academic critique, or journalistic review, provided that proper attribution and a hyperlink to https://klenfi.pro/ are visibly maintained.

3. Patron Access & Subscription Terms (190 EUR)

Individual patrons may purchase an annual subscription at the stated rate of 190 EUR. This grant entitles the individual patron to:

Non-exclusive digital access to current and archived investigative dossiers for 12 months.
Access to downloadable source document appendices.
Subscription fees are billed in EUR. Cancellation requests submitted within 14 calendar days of initial renewal are eligible for a full refund upon written notice to [email protected].

4. Disclaimers and Investigative Purpose

All reporting produced by klenfi is conducted in good faith for public-interest scrutiny and educational awareness. While we adhere to rigorous verification standards, our reporting does not constitute formal legal counsel, financial advisement, or statutory auditing services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
